For those who do not have the time to commit to our popular 3 Day Bow Making Course we offer 1 Day Courses making Bhuntanese Bows or Mini Bows.
Bhutanese Bows are suitable for all ages and are more suited to our adult students. They make a perfect first bow. The Bhutanese Bows created on the course range from 20lb – 45lb draw weight depending on the archers ability to draw.
You will learn all the skills needed to make a traditional English Long Bow during our day courses. However thick Bamboo is easier to work and the Bhutanese Bows can be completed within a day.

Froe
Axe
Drawknife
Spokeshave
Rasps.
You should leave with a shooting bow.
Duration:
09:30 – 4:30pm.
All materials and equipment are provided.
Please bring a package lunch.
