Beth is a talented crafts woman and wood turner. She has a infectious love of the outdoors and enjoys sharing her skills. Beth had recently joined us on our canoe expeditions and will be a regular visitor to Finland and beyond. She loves expedition cooking and can create fantastic meals over the fire in all conditions.
